Requirements
Languages: Candidate must possess the knowledge of English Language. Understanding Turkish is an asset
Education: Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field
Experience: The candidate must have 3 to 5 years working experience
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must be specialized in any of the following areas: machinery and components, thermal power, vibration, aerospace, moulds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure. He/ she should pay attention to details and be able to stand for extended periods.
- The candidate should possess relevant skills in the areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, mechanical and electronics systems

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to adhere to safety procedures all the time at work
- The candidate should be able to assist in performing analyses on all projects by visiting the location
- The candidate should able to undertake emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to find out problems associated with machines
- The candidate should be able to assist in the maintenance of equipment so as to ensure the equipment and processes run smoothly
- The candidate should be able to offer technical assistance and support in projects, repairs, and installations
- The candidate should be able to uphold and maintain smooth and effective communication and rapport with different levels of departments and peers
- The candidate should be able to enforce the use of a digital dashboard for thorough analysis and fault reviews
- The candidate should be able to carry out investigations, recommend upgrades and changes to equipment and processes
- The candidate should be able to report findings and upgrades to colleagues and management through texts, calls, and emails
- The candidate should be able to prepare instant reports on a periodic basis on the progress made concerning faulty machines and processes
- The candidate should be able to ensure the calibrations of all machines and ensure maintenance of the machines after calibration
- The candidate should be able to provide regular system operation training on automated systems
- The candidate should be able to take care of the installation, maintenance, and inspection of control systems and workstation installations at the facility
- The candidate should be able to coordinate other workers to achieve departmental goals.
- The candidate should be able to work smoothly with team members and customers. He/she should also be able to provide technical monitoring for other automating technicians and engineers
