Charles Hoskinson, Co-Founder and CEO of Input Output Global (IOG), the team behind Cardano’s blockchain solutions, has announced his expectations for the next roadmap.
“This technology is amazing”
Hoskinson shared on Twitter his expectations and impressions of Cardano’s next roadmap, which aims to address the platform’s prospects in 2022.
I really like the way the Cardano roadmap for 2022 is integrated. This is a living ecosystem that keeps growing, improving, adapting and getting stronger. This technology is amazing. There are many innovations to satisfy the hundreds of projects built on Cardano.

According to him, Cardano (ADA) has achieved remarkable growth in ecosystem construction. “Living” ecosystems are getting stronger.
Mr. Hoskinson adds that, given that Cardano’s technology is “unreliable,” any project interested in building Cardano smart contracts should expect a lot of innovation in the mechanism.
The statement has been criticized by Ethereum (ETH) extremists for patents. In particular, I recalled the story of Cardano’s UTXO model opportunity where only one transaction is processed per block.
An important year for Cardano (ADA)
2022 will be a special year for Cardano. This is the first time the platform has used a fully enabled smart contract feature.
As previously reported by U.Today, Cardano (ADA) became a programmable blockchain in August following the mainnet implementation of the Alonzo hard fork.
This release is the most important release for Cardano (ADA) in 2021. Additionally, on March 31, 2021, Cardano (ADA) governance was transferred to the stock pool.
In 2020, the contract kicked off the highly anticipated pledge to its core underlying asset, ADA.
