Anthony Pompliano: The tech giant will embed Bitcoin into every industry

In the future, Apple will inevitably accept payments in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Morgan Creek Digital co-founder Anthony Pompliano expressed this view when assessing company CEO Tim Cook’s perceptions of investing in digital assets.

On his YouTube channel, Best Business Show, Pompliano predicts that sooner or later every tech giant will incorporate Web 3 solutions and new technologies into their products.

“Cryptocurrency will not be an independent industry, but will penetrate all existing assets and industries,” he said.

Pompliano noted that discussing cryptocurrencies has become the norm in all societies without the risk of being branded as “crazy or irrational.” He added that such conversations now pose no professional risk.

“Whether it’s Tim Cook or someone with power and influence, whether he’s in finance, tech or something else, he can talk about this technology now. Perhaps they are waiting for this,” said the businessman.

He suggested that over the next 10 to 20 years, tech companies will enter the cryptocurrency industry more actively, inviting experts and leaders among them.

For example, he cited Matt Huang, co-founder of Paradigm, who joined the board of online payment provider Stripe in early November. The company said it relied on his expertise in the announced cryptocurrency space.

Pompliano said this trend will lead to widespread adoption of digital assets in all sectors of the economy.

In May of this year, Apple opened a vacancy for a Business Development Manager with 5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry to develop an assistant program in the field of “alternative payments.”
